For standard sized garments purchased (Applicable for Made to Measure clothes ONLY)
- We do not accept returns if the garments are Made to Measure specifically for the customer.
- Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation* will be eligible for a partial refund consisting 50% of the product purchase price.
- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.
- We will avoid charging you shipping cost unless the shipment has already taken place.
- Flat $20 shipping fee will be applied if shipment has left our stores.

Due to the nature of our garments, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. You can always contact us with any questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions for Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
