Alterations
- Please make an appointment to make the necessary changes. RIVESSE will take care of required alterations depending on the situation.
- If customer aren’t able to physically make it to the store, than please download the alteration form and make the necessary changes required to your merchandise from your local tailor.
- Have your tailor fill out the alteration form and indicate where the changes were made so we can update your body measurements in our system.
- Copy of a receipt indicating changes were made on RIVESSE merchandise will be required in order to receive credit.
- Refund of up to $75 for alteration will be provided on suits. (please refer to the alteration refund chart below)
- If all necessary steps are completed as required, than you can expect to receive your credit within 14 business days.
